Cile è costruita su un misto filo di cotone mercerizzato e lino di grammatura ultra fine. Il cotone mercerizzato — trattato in tensione con soluzione alcalina — acquisisce una lucentezza secca, una resistenza superiore e una mano setosa che il cotone grezzo non può restituire. Il lino alleggerisce ulteriormente la struttura e porta traspirabilità attiva. Il risultato è una t-shirt che si dimentica di avere addosso.
La riga è tessuta, non stampata: nasce direttamente dalla struttura del filato durante la lavorazione, è parte integrante del tessuto e non si altera nel tempo. È la differenza tra un capo che dura e uno che invecchia.
La costruzione sartoriale premium si traduce in un taglio slim calibrato: spalle posizionate con precisione, manica corta con orlo rifinito, fondo dritto che si porta dentro o fuori con uguale autorità.
