BH MAN – BH MAN di Pazzi Claudio recognizes the right of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 7 days of receiving the product, promptly informing customer service.

Return conditions:

• The product must be returned intact, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
• All labels, seals, accessories and attached documentation must be present.
• The product must have been viewed only and not worn, washed or altered in any way.

Exclusions:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Washed, worn or used products

Return Policy:

1. Please send a notification via WhatsApp to +39 333 860 1962 within 7 days of receipt.
2. Please wait for confirmation and instructions from customer service.
3. Ship independently and at the customer's expense within 3 days of authorization, using a traceable courier.

Reimbursement:

• It will be carried out within 14 days of receipt and verification of the integrity of the product.
• It will only include the cost of the product and not the shipping costs or the cash on delivery supplement .
• The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order.
