• The product must be returned intact, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
• All labels, seals, accessories and attached documentation must be present.
• The product must have been viewed only and not worn, washed or altered in any way.

• Washed, worn or used products

Return Policy:

2. Please wait for confirmation and instructions from customer service.
3. Ship independently and at the customer's expense within 3 days of authorization, using a traceable courier.

Reimbursement:

• It will be carried out within 14 days of receipt and verification of the integrity of the product.
• It will only include the cost of the product and not the shipping costs or the cash on delivery supplement .
