Couriers and Delivery Times
The couriers used are GLS and DHL.
Orders are prepared within 24-48 hours.
Delivery takes 24-72 working hours from dispatch.
Orders placed on weekends are processed starting from the following Monday.
Shipping Costs
The cost for shipments in Italy is €6.00.
For islands and remote areas, the cost is €12.00.
Shipping is free for all orders over €119.00.
Cash on delivery is available, with an additional cost of €4.00.
Shipment Management
The tracking code is sent via email or WhatsApp.
In case of absence on the first delivery attempt, a second attempt will be made. Any costs for parcel storage are at the customer's expense.

Returns and refunds policy
Return Conditions:
- The product must be returned intact, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- All labels, seals, accessories, and accompanying documentation must be present.
- The product must have only been inspected and not worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Exclusions:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Washed, worn, or used products
Return Procedure:
- Send a message via WhatsApp to +39 333 860 1962 within 7 days of receipt.
- Await confirmation and instructions from customer service.
- Ship the item independently and at the customer's expense within 3 days of authorization, using a trackable courier.
Return Address: provided upon request at the time of confirmation.
Refund:
- Will be processed within 14 days of receipt and verification of product integrity.
- Will include only the product cost and not shipping costs or cash-on-delivery fees.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order.
